For your convenience, you can arrange ahead of time with our receptionist to drop off your pet for most routine procedures and pick up your pet after work or after running errands.

If you are a first time client to our Toronto hospital, we request that you make the time to be with your animal’s first visit with us, instead of dropping him or her off, as the veterinarian will want to gather some baseline information regarding specific diet, husbandry and care and help provide recommendations as needed.
