Ontario is currently under a state of emergency in order to combat the spread of COVID-19, also known as coronavirus. Our clinic will remain open for our regular business hours during this time. However, we want to help reduce the impact of this pandemic and are taking measures to that end.
Until further notice, we will now only be seeing animals who are sick and need immediate care. We will not be seeing animals for appointments that are not urgent (e.g. routine check-ups, beak and nail trims, etc.).
We would also like our clients to do their part in helping limit the spread of COVID-19 and protect our doctors and staff so we can continue caring for your pets.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or illness in general (including – but not limited to – fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties, runny nose, sneezing), please stay home and re-schedule your appointment for a later date.
For clients who are feeling well and need to bring their sick pet to us for care and/or need to pick up food or medication, please note that we are now implementing a strict policy of social distancing.
Please be assured that if any of our staff members are feeling unwell, they will be staying home so as not to spread infection to our clients and staff.
We are closely monitoring this course of the COVID-19 pandemic and will adjust our protocols accordingly.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our clinic by phone at 416-223-1165 or e-mail at [email protected]
Thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this challenging time.
